This Refund Policy applies to the Gay Buddy App ("Application"), operated by Alnico Tech Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us").
1. SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS
The Application may offer premium features through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions may be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, and payments are processed through authorized third-party platforms such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. NO REFUND POLICY
All purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable laws. Once a subscription is activated, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the billing period, and no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be provided for unused periods or features.
3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. After cancellation, no future charges will apply and existing benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. DATING SERVICE DISCLAIMER
Gay Buddy provides a platform for social networking, communication, and dating. We do not guarantee matches or connections, user responses, friendships, dates, relationships, successful outcomes, or compatibility between users. Subscription fees provide access to premium features only.
5. DIGITAL SERVICE DISCLAIMER
Premium features become available immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not applicable once a subscription or premium feature has been activated or accessed; access constitutes delivery of the purchased service.
