These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gay Buddy App ("Application"), developed and operated by Alnico Tech Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Application.

1. USE OF THE APPLICATION

Gay Buddy is a social networking and dating platform designed to help adults connect, communicate, and build relationships.

You agree to:

Use the Application only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate and truthful information
Respect other users and their privacy
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

The Application is intended solely for personal use.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Application, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Not be prohibited from using such services under applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Ensuring your profile information remains accurate
All activities that occur under your account

You must not create fake, misleading, or fraudulent profiles.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other users
Upload unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or offensive content
Share another person's personal information without consent
Solicit money, engage in scams, or fraudulent activities
Use the Application for commercial advertising or promotions
Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Application

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

5. USER INTERACTIONS

The Company does not conduct background checks on all users and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user. You acknowledge that any communication or meeting with another user is at your own risk, you are solely responsible for your interactions, and the Company is not responsible for the actions of any user, whether online or offline. Exercise caution when sharing personal information or arranging meetings.

6. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

Certain premium features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually; payments are processed through authorized third-party platforms; and subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Following cancellation, no future subscription charges will apply and existing benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process such content solely for operating and improving the Application. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, software, designs, and other content associated with the Application are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Application content, or use Company branding without prior written permission.

9. PRIVACY

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Application will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis; we do not guarantee matches, conversations, dates, friendships, or relationships; and we are not liable for any losses, damages, disputes, or claims arising from user interactions. Your use of the Application is at your own risk.

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, where required by law, or where necessary to protect users or the Application.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the Application. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
